If the IRS is misusing sensitive tax data, can't the public sue (just like Trump does)?

Perfect moniker! Only in the Rabbit Hole could a - criminal in his own right - criminal defense attorney become Attorney General of the used to be great United States of America.

"a president who’s hellbent on hacking the Constitution into kindling for a cacophonous corruption bonfire, the likes of which we’ve never seen in American history."

I am still missing the anger from WE THE PEOPLE. Any notion, Miles, about what is (or is not) going on?

Blanche is becoming even worse than Roy Cohn. We don’t need another whacked out lawyer like Cohn anywhere near the White House! Stop this horrid confirmation!

Nice try but no cigar. The DOJ/FBI no longer exist. There are no federal cops on the beat- all thanks to Blanche who sold his soul to Taco Trump for $30 million. Trump owns him. The Stormy loss was over head.

Being an echo is easy.

Trump’s wise guys in the Gambino family are thrilled. Pulte is the latest rat.

Question is whether the Senate Judiciary committee will go along?

After taco spreads millions from graft, he will own the entire committee.

Let’s hope “the reluctance” grows into the resistance. Surely at least some of those people must have spines.

long ago ben civiletti (sp?) was the attorney general. he was in the habit of periodically visiting random offices in the justice department and seeking recommendations, critiques, new ideas, etc., from employees. he asked the same questions of everyone, from file clerks to supervisors and everyone inbetween. i never knew when i would look up and see mr. civiletti walking into my office. he was so nice, serious, dedicated, and really wanted to make the justice department the best it could be. we all were important to bringing justice to the american people every day. i wish that wasn't simply a memory.

Hi Miles, perfect name for Trump and I'm hoping to some Republicans who have shown their reluctance to voting for Blanche's conformation actually do they right thing and vote no, not cave to Trump as usual. Do your jobs.

It was great to hear that our leader got booed last night and as per "HIM" they lost! As far as Carte Blanche goes I think it's ridiculous if Congress approves him for AG. It's a crock of sh*t. And Pulte is not better but worse for national security the dude has NO experience at all. I though Tulsi was bad but this dude doesn't have a clue! He was a realtor in his "other" life, he sold properties and homes to people, he has absolutely NO background in any kind of National Intelligence and will probably do a worse job than she ever thought of doing.

The Department of INjustice is being led by Tod Carte Blanche aka Donald Trump’s personal attorney!

Thank you Miles for the IRS Watch Dog Report. I was on that Project as Interpreter early last year. When I began hearing too many inappropriate questions (in my view) from IRS agents to taxpayers, I became very concerned about how that information was going to be used by IRS and if the taxpayers would ever receive their refunds, before ICE came around. Those taxpapers were told it would take 90 days to receive their refunds. I left that Project for this exact reason. I left and went back to USCIS interviews.

I appreciate reading this report because that was exactly my concern when I left. I am grateful for this Watch Dog group. And, I've since left that company altogether. I've had to be especially conscious about how my interprerter skills are used in some of these environments.
