DEFIANCE.org backed the lawsuit against Trump's illegal order to deny citizenship to people born here. Now the high court looks ready to strike it down.
The warfare again the Court is not surprising; MAGA echoes whatever Trump says. This, too, reflects the fact that Trump acolytes are as weak as he is, a fact I have started to point out whenever they counter one of my factual posts.
We must continue fighting lies with truth, and bullying with standing firm on the side of the law and for the country we love.
I’ll believe scrotus rules against felon and for the constitution when I hear it. They should’ve never even entertained taking this case in the first place. Should’ve said nope… no contest. Constitution wins. But ppl have wasted time and && arguing it in front of them. There are other cases they could have been hearing in its place.
Don't cry too much for (or sleep on) Team Trumpy. Guaranteed that they are working behind the scenes to monetize family income regardless of the outcome. Their only principle is principal.

What I'm very enthusiastic about is the work Norm and Democracy Defenders (and Defiance!) have done to check this abomination of a wannbe dictator! The whole Country owes them a debt of gratitude for holding the regime's feet to the fire and taking them on, case by case.

More and more it's become obvious that our leader doesn't have any clue what is going on. Why oh why would we have someone in power that doesn't know what is going on? One thing for sure he needs to understand that articles of the Constitution you can't mess with or if you want them to change you have to let Congress do that you can't extend your power to do because you have none in that department.

From what I've read/heard, if anyone given citizenship whose parents weren't citizens, Rubio's citizenship would be revoked. True!
