Has not the writ of habeas corpus all ready been watered down , rounding up immigrants , incarcerations and deportations. Soon they will be coming for the rest of us who disagree and protest, political foes, Trump has amassed one of the largest gestapo forces, run many pay for profit concentration camps , it just a matter of time. As far as the constitution matters , Trump and his cohorts try and skirt the laws and rules. This mid term election may be your last free and fair shot and ending the nightmare. Vote blue all the way. Taking anything for granted will only end up as a disaster.
Thank goodness for the courts! But I fear that trump's Praetorian Guard/Brown Shirts/SS will be assembled to stomp out resistance. And I'll note that the Supremes have done nothing to quell gun violence by expanding the interpretation of the 2nd amendment. Since there are more guns than people in the US & trump's gangsters have access to a vast array of arms we may be entering a bloody period in our history.

Yes, the courts have held the line..........mostly. And even so, their judgements are often ignored, habeas corpus cases included. ICE could care less about honoring who they arrest or why; they have outrageous quotes to meet, period!!! All the stronger the reason to keep fighting for the Constitution. Not convinced? Does anyone still wonder why there's such a push to build massive detention centers all across the country??

The residents of Minneapolis showed resistance and defiance helping their neighbors and defying ICE. We were all in shock. Now we see how far they will go to protect their secret army. We still have not seen justice for the murders of Renee Goode and Alex Pretti. We must keep fighting back and not forget those who have already given their lives for democracy. Especially on July 4th we must remember all those who have died for our freedoms and principles in the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. I do believe I have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness! I will keep pursuing these for my family, friends and all Americans from all countries.
Isn't the regime ALREADY locking people up without a reason, and even sending them out of the country without due process, access to legal counsel or an immigration hearing etc. etc. etc.?!
