I truly believe that Trump actually hates the United States because his regime is constantly doing everything it can to make us less safe, poorer, and less healthy. Not to mention more hated and ridiculed by the rest of the world.

I am of the same opinion. I have thought that since his first administration.

The only difference - and it is a BIG difference - is that there were adults and guardrails in the room in the first administration.

The Felon doesn't hate the United States. He considers the United States his piggy bank. The Felon is making the United States an authoritarian theocracy with the full support of GOP Congressional members and the six Christian Nationalists on the Supreme Court, with the Felon as leader and the American oligarchs running the Country.

yes, i believe he wants to destroy the whole, entire country. and weakening the national security agencies certainly doesn't change my mind.

Thanks Miles: This crap , the muzzling of the press , freedom of speech happened in Nazi Germany,, so I'm sure Trump, Stephen Miller along with the other despots would like the same result. One thing we have today is the independent media , Get out there folks and support the independent media.

thank God for the independent media. it may be the only thing that saves us.

Thanks Miles, you know the Regime is worried when it goes this hard to try to muzzle journalists, keep on doing what you're doing.

I am worried about how our government uses obscene amounts of money from the wealthy to control our government, especially now that Musk has become a trillionaire. He is not American but is African. He should never have any say in our government. If allowed, he can control us and take away our freedom, thus voice. With that said, can’t we stop or limit the amount of money that the wealthy can contribute to politicians? Money should be accepted by individuals not corporations. In addition, the amount of money donated should be capped in order to ensure some degree of equality to allow for ordinary people to have some say in what meets our needs not to make the wealthy richer

unfortunately the CITIZEN'S UNITED court case opened the floodgates to what we are seeing now. i couldn't agree more that corporations shouldn't be allowed to make political contributions, and individuals should also be limited in the amount they can contribute.

Thank you, Miles. I regularly watch/listen to you speak on MSNOW programs. But your statement "The database, which Republican-led states have already used to cancel voter registrations, has been flagging naturalized citizens as noncitizens and kicking eligible voters off the rolls" seems to say, eligible voters in [mainly] red states have already not been allowed to vote? So we going into the mid-terms, voting rolls have already been manipulated?

crazy cat lady's avatar

people in red states need to check their voter status. there's still enough time to remedy the purge or manipulation.

Trump needs to be eliminated one way or another

"obsequious" is too kind a term for Bezos. He's a coward who rushed to be first in line to bribe trump. The more likely explanation for The Washington Post fighting the administration is that Bezos returned to being asleep at the wheel following his calculated evisceration of the newspaper.
