Bove can be impeached and disbarred for his instructions to DoJ Attorneys concerning refusing to follow Court orders. Pamela Joe, Martin, Patel can all be impeached and disbarred for lying to Congress and various courts of law.
Unfortunately, the United States is not a member of the International Criminal Court; but the Felon, Miller and the Drunk can all be charged with murder. Noem can be charged with violation of human rights, assault, battery and illegal use of government funds.
Miles the Marvelous — You are so uniquely positioned for leadership and we are so in need of that, what more can you do? Why aren’t you using the frameworks you’ve put out to create massive actions? Like boycotting, that recently was called for to not buy on Friday, never was going to get a buy-in from individuals that would have been been meaningful, but many millions in a coalition that get directed to do such things would have cooperated. Get yourself a council to make such calls by you picking one more, the two of you pick the third, the three pick the fourth etc.
The killing of survivors is a predictable outcome of Hegseth's insistence to our military brass that "we don't need no stinkin' rules of engagement." Rules of engagement are what differentiate the disciplined military of a civilized nation from the ruthless barbarity of an undisciplined horde of savages.
Anyone who read the book and/or saw the movie "Unbroken" was horrified at the scene of a Japanese fighter plane strafing American airmen huddled in a life raft. The thought that American military personnel would inflict such an atrocity based upon orders from the secty of defense is evil and beyond repugnant.
And in the non-response of GOP leaders we see one more example of how there is more backbone in a bowl of chocolate pudding than there is in the entire Republican leadership.
It's hard to believe RepublCONS are joining Democratic Congress demanding answers about these WAR CRIMES. WH aides in the first administration wanted to green light WAR CRIMES too. DRIP DRIP DRIP the truth telling. I support Miles Taylor opening the flood gates! Come on RepubliCONs get on the right side of history! IMO Your KING will leave you to be hauled off to the Hague in a New York minute.
Thank you Miles for letting us know that this entire issue was raised and discussed during his first term in office. Premeditation? Hopefully Congress will call on you to testify.
“They wanted to know how easy it would be to blow up boats.” I noted with interest the term “easy”. No thought of legal or moral. It speaks volumes regarding the moral compass of Trump and his inner circle - there isn’t one.
"Kill them all" command by Hegseth shows their unlawful intent and brutality. It was fairly obvious from the beginning that these airstrikes on boats off the coast of Venezuela were criminal. If there is no war declaration, can these attacks be called war crimes? Or is it only murder? Who will hold them accountable?
Wonderfully concise and a complete statement of the lawlessness of the Trump regime. I'm not surprised that Trump denied knowledge of the second strike that killed the people who survived. I'm beginning to think that both Trump and Hegseth are part vampires in their thirst for blood.
Mark, thank you for disclosing Miller’s discussion about targeting boats in 2018. They planned this for years even after being told repeatedly that it was illegal. This is ruthless, criminal behavior and clearly an abuse of power. Surely Congress will review this and put a stop to it!
Hi Miles! Great (chilling) reporting! I tried to order the Constitution sent to my state’s “public servants”, but no names came up to say who I wanted it to be sent to … please let me know how that works - I think it’s a terrific idea!!
Absolutely spot-on, Miles. Between the Supreme Court granting him immunity and the enabling Rs in Congress who approved his wholly unfit Cabinet and abdicated their Oaths, it's little surprise we're here now.
I hope this small ray of hope in the form of bipartisan Congressional hearings starts to break this loyalty logjam. That said, as you witnessed, it's the steve millers feeding the orange abomination his orders that should have us all very worried for the reasons you state. I've got a sliver of hope the hearings do what they're supposed to and all involved will be held accountable.
Sounds like a solid case of premeditated murder to my mind. Unfortunately, the ICC can’t touch them unless they leave the US and then get arrested by an ICC member state. We’ve never been a member simply because our leadership knew that what many of the things that were done in our name were criminal and could be charged as such. Now thanks to all of this, our service men and women will have huge targets on their backs. At some point someone will pin the tag, Rogue State on us and it will be well deserved.
They should all be hauled to The Hague in plastic bracelets -- Trump, Miller, Kegsbreath, Noem -- the whole stinking lot.
Yes they should be. Hopefully in time they will. But how many will have to die in the meantime is the question?!
Don’t forget Pamela Joe Bondi.

Trump is in charge. He deserves to be punished for his illegal acts. So do Hegseth, Miller, and Noem. While we're at it, the AG needs to be in jail.

Remember it was Hegseth who convinced the Felon to pardon a Navy Seal who had committed war crimes in the Felon's first administration.

Wow! We are glad you were there then .... and we are glad you are here now. This seems like really important history and background!

Never was, and will never be one.

Ditto.
Thanks Miles. <3
