Miles, I’m actually republican now. Not because of ideology. Being democratic in a city 80% democratic meant that I could vote in primaries. I’m not partisan. I became a republican because my friend who was a former republican councilman advised me in order to be made justice of the peace. And I eventually want to marry one of my found cats 🐈‍⬛. Don’t laugh there is serious motive behind it. Now that my Trump book is finished, my book on the animals in my life now dominate.

Anyway I’m wasting time yapping about this. I’m also a songwriter and a few of my songs are powerful. Please find me a venue to perform. I’ll attach one of my songs shortly, “Blue Daze.” Here is my youtube vewrsion but i've also cut a demo that sounds better. Enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYtTGIzb7OA

People need to realize that Trump may have immunity but they don't and if they get a pardon which many won't, that is only for Federal crimes not State crimes. Whistleblowers need to start coming forward before the go down on the Trump ship. Also, what if Trump dies before he can pardon you? You may not get the same loyalty from the next guy.

No immunity for treason

I think the memo Raskin discovered proves trump was using the stolen classified records to benefit his businesses, not the US. Trump stole them for unofficial business.

All I an say is I want Jack Smith as AG in the new Dem administration to come.

Gotta have Glenn Kirschner somewhere in there too, because JUSTICE MATTERS!

Love this appeal to potential whistleblowers that you are uniquely qualified to make—and be heard. Let there be a cascade of fleeing rats. 🙏✨

i've often thought, re the 🍊💩🤡 era: if this were the plot of a movie I'd think it was too far-fetched. like no way would people be so blatantly obvious in their corruption, vindictive prosecutions, and treasonous exploits! they couldn't possibly believe they'll get away with all of this and not go to jail! 🤯‼️

I think they’ve gotten away with these many crimes because it’s been the plan all along. There is Project 2025, Leonard and Theil’s money, SCOTUS 6-3, republicans are not moving on this or anything else.

Historic, chilling letter of recommendation to those with knowledge of the treasonous insider trading. Your book "Blowback" is a must read.

Stunning. As usual, thanks for your insights, Miles. There are so many instances of bending or breaking the rules it’s hard for us civilians to keep up. One question I have (among many) is: can someone in Pirro’s position be removed for cause if enough instances of prosecutions in search of evidence are filed?

Ray Zielinski's avatar

Of course my overarching question is: how on earth does Trump keep failing (or cheating with no consequences) UP?!

I read only 4 people. You are the first. The depth and knowledge in your pieces is chilling and educational. We are in a rough, tough, frightening place.

You’ve outdone yourself today, Miles. No small feat. Sending many heartfelt bravery arrows your way , Risa M

No errors detected here. I think there is something much more fundamental and mental going on here than just self-destruction (though there is plenty of that). It appears to me that totalitarian movements attract short-term thinkers like flies to a cow patty. They believe that they can roll over all of history and anyone who is in their way, cementing their position in power forever. Hitler's 1,000 Year Reich was the most famous expression of this idea. The Nazis did not recognize that the rest of the world had a vote. The Japanese preemptive attack at Pearl Harbor was thought by their leadership to be a single, decisive blow that would neuter the United States entirely and remove it from any consideration regarding the Pacific.

But these grubby little criminals don't rise to the level of sophistication of the leaders of nations, as flawed as they were. Their minds are trapped in limited formulations of simple 'me/everybody else' and 'Daddy will always protect me'. They can't and won't see beyond what they want to.

my best guess on the source(s) of the insider trades/bets is either among Trump's kids or his cabinet. they all have the requisite level of corruption & narcissism, and I can't imagine much anyone outside that circle having enough consistent access. It wouldn't surprise me to find out if there isn't just 1 or 2 criminal 💩🤡s behind this, but all of them 🧐🤬

Alarm, disbelief, anxiety, fear flood my psyche this morning. I’ve just returned from a journey to another part of the world, mingling with fellow passengers from countries big and small. Like me, they expressed alarm, disbelief, anxiety, fear regarding the state of this country I call home. To a person, they asked how did 70 million Americans vote for a liar, a fool, a cheat, a pedophile, even a Russian agent to be their president. None of my stated reasons were calming. I agree with you, Miles, that retribution lies ahead. Hopefully in my lifetime. I’m 88.
