I bemoan the hutzpah of the Republican's who step away from the Constitution, particularly when during Democrat presidencies, they scream about that particular president's moves against our founding document.
Anyone who, by now, doesn't take Trump's jokes as the serious statements they really are needs to develop a better understanding of his past and recent activities.
I am mostly sanguine on this point; at the rate Trump's mind is going, they'll need to reenact Weekend at Bernie's for the entire 2028 campaign season.
I believe, and I may be wrong, but any vice presidential candidate must absolutely be qualified to be president in a succession. That would mean that a president who served two terms is ineligible to be vice president.

Of course he'll run for a 3rd term, that's if we still have elections by then. If he doesn't win, he's going to prison. That's incentive enough.
